How does shipping work?

Original art will be packaged with the utmost care and shipped using your selected method (Standard or Express) at checkout. Please note that Australia Post is currently experiencing significant delays, this is out of our control.
Prints and posters are shipped rolled up in a tube and therefore have to be shipped separately from other items. Please order and check out separately.
Shirts, tote bags and other print on demand items are printed, packed and shipped by a thir party supplier and can not be combined with other artwork shipments. Please order and check out separately.
It is possible to arrange delivery by courier on a case by case basis, please contact Anastasia Parmson to request a quote.

Do you offer discounts?

Members of my Insider Circle receive free standard shipping on their first order. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to sign up. If you are already an Insider, check your inbox, the special code was emailed out to you.

Do you accept returns?

Original Art and Limited Edition Prints
All sales of original artwork and limited edition prints are final, except when otherwise agreed in writing by Anastasia Parmson within 7 days of receipt. Our goal is for you to be thoroughly happy with your purchase. If you do not reach out within 7 days, we will consider you satisfied and will be unable to arrange any returns past that point.

Products and Merchandise
All products such as apparel, bags, mugs, open edition prints or other goods are made to order for my collectors by a third party service provider and thus can not be modified after placing the order or returned due to change of heart. If your purchase arrives damaged or has a defect, contact Anastasia Parmson on hello@anastasiaparmson.art with details (and photos if applicable) and no later than 7 days of receipt to report the issue.

What if my item is damaged or lost in transit?

We are not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping and we are not liable for any damage incurred post-delivery. This is how we typically handle situations that fall outside of our control:

Damaged product or print: If your order is damaged in transit we are happy to handle this on a case by case basis with individual collectors who are able to provide details and documentation of the damage. Collectors may be asked to file a claim with the shipping service and/or the third party print on demand service. Collectors are responsible for shipping costs for replacements.

Not Delivered / Lost / Stolen: If your package is marked “Delivered” but you have not received it, please first check your confirmation email to ensure that you input the correct shipping address. We are unable to replace any order if the shipping address is incorrect. If the address is correct and you believe your package to have been lost, stolen, or if you missed the delivery, you must contact the shipping service personally. Unfortunately, we are unable to address any failed delivery or theft issues directly. We are unable to resend any order for free that has been undelivered, lost, or stolen.

My print or product has arrived but it looks different in person

Due to the nature of the production process and variations in colour calibration of monitors, screens and printers, the colour and appearance of artworks, prints and products may vary from that of any images or sample provided.

The shirt sizing may vary up to 2.5cm, which is within the tolerance of AS Colour production.

The Collector accepts the risk of such differences and Anastasia Parmson will not accept the return of such goods.

Can I commission an artwork?

Yes, I am currently accepting a limited number of commissions of digital portrait drawings or window art panels. More information on the Commissions page and under Terms of Service. It is also possible to commission an installation or a mural. Please contact me to discuss.

How does payment for commissions work?

For all original commissions a 50% deposit of the quoted value is required at the time when order is placed. The balance is to be paid just prior to delivery or upon exchange in person.
For all digital commissions a full payment in advance is required.
Payment can be made by cash, credit card, debit card, PayPal, Wise or bank transfer to a nominated Anastasia Parmson account. If paying via bank transfer, payments can be accepted in AUD, EUR or NZD.
Anastasia Parmson reserves the right not to supply artworks where any payment from the Collector is overdue.

Can I pick up my artwork in person?

Yes, you can definitely pick up from my studio in Marrckville, NSW. You can contact me on hello@anastasaparmson.art to set up a time.
