Commission a Window
Limited spots are available in my schedule to commission a bespoke window piece for your home or office. Hand cut from 9mm MDF panel, sealed, painted and hand drawn in my studio. No two pieces are the same, with ample potential for customisation.
You give me details about your space, preferences or even a specific window you have in mind. These are usually pictured from the inside and don’t have a visible outlook or view because in my black & white world the windows are there to look inwards and shut out the outside noise.
The finished piece will be ready to hang, with a shadow frame on the back so that it sits about 15mm off the wall, creating a slight shadow and a three dimensional effect. See the video of the work process and the gallery below for examples of previous work.
PRICING:
Medium window (approximately 75 x 80 cm) – $1390 AUD
Large window (approximately 80 x 95 cm) - $1700 AUD
I ask for a 50% deposit to begin work and it will take 3-4 weeks to complete.
It is also possible to order an Extra Large window, maximum 90 x 120 cm at widest point, please contact me to enquire.
Payment accepted by card, PayPal, bank transfer or cash.
PLEASE NOTE:
The dimensions and proportions will not be exact until your specific piece is cut.
Window pieces currently only available for local pickup in Sydney, NSW (Marrickville). Shipping or courier may be considered and arranged on a case by case basis but please be aware that these pieces weigh up to 8kg.
